Below are five of our favorite tea mocktail recipes for summer. From tangy and tropical to minty and refreshing, these tasty beverages are sure to be a hit all season long.
1. Matcha Mojito
Fresh, cooling mint and vegetal matcha green tea come together in this healthy, hydrating twist on a classic cocktail.
Ingredients
- 4-6 mint leaves
- Ice cubes
- Juice of 1 lime
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 1 tsp premium matcha powder
- 3 tsp agave nectar or simple syrup
- Soda water (optional)
Instructions
- Tear and muddle mint leaves in a cocktail shaker
- Add ice, lime juice, water, matcha powder and agave to shaker
- Shake well and pour into a tall glass filled with ice
- Top with soda water, if desired
- Garnish with lime wedges and mint leaves
2. Hibiscus Mojito Sparkler
Experience the seductive flavors of the tropics with every sip of this colorful sparkler, which combines exotic hibiscus and zesty key lime.
Ingredients
- 4 Hibiscus Key Lime tea bags
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- 1 tsp agave nectar or simple syrup
- Juice of 1 lime
- 4-6 mint leaves
Instructions
- Steep 4 Hibiscus Key Lime tea bags in 1 cup of boiling water for 5 minutes
- Remove tea bags and stir in ice cubes, agave nectar and fresh lime juice
- Combine cooled tea with sparkling water and pour over ice to serve

- 4 Pineapple Orange Guava Green Tea bags
- 1 cup water
- Ice cubes
- ½ cup pineapple juice
- ½ cup orange juice
- Pineapple, orange or cherry for garnish
Instructions
- Steep 4 Pineapple Orange Guava Green Tea bags in 1 cup of boiling water for 5 minutes
- Remove tea bags and stir in ice cubes, pineapple juice and orange juice
- Add the mixture to a cocktail shaker and shake well
- Pour into a tall glass filled with ice and serve
- Optional: garnish with pineapple, orange or cherry
4. Lavender Green Ginger Beer

- 4 Organic Serenity lavender green tea bags
- 2 cups of water just short of boiling

- ½ cup ginger beer

Instructions
- Steep 4 Organic Serenity lavender green tea bags in 2 cups of water just short of boiling for 1-3 minutes
- Remove tea bags, then add ice cubes and ginger beer
- Add the mixture to a cocktail shaker and shake well

Ingredients
- 5 Spring Cherry Green Tea bags
- 2 ½ cups of water just short of boiling
- 1/2 cup loosely packed basil leaves, plus extra for garnish
- 2 tsp agave nectar or simple syrup
- Splash of cranberry juice
- Splash of fresh lime juice
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Steep 5 Spring Cherry Green Tea bags and ½ cup basil in 2 ½ cups of water just short of boiling for 1-3 minutes
- Remove tea bags and basil. Stir in agave nectar and let cool to room temperature
- Add a splash of cranberry juice and lime juice and pour over ice to serve
- Optional: Garnish with basil
