The Republic of Tea pledges complete satisfaction, guaranteed. If you receive an item from The Republic of Tea that does not measure up to your standards, we would like the opportunity to correct it. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact us via phone, email, or chat to obtain a return authorization number.

- The back of your invoice includes easy step-by-step directions and a cutout of our return address to simplify the process.
- We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number (RA#).
- All items must be returned in their original materials and packed in a box suitable for shipping to be eligible for a full refund.
- You are responsible for the return shipping and handling charges which are non-refundable. For questions, please reach out to Citizen Services.
- When speaking with Citizen Services, you may opt for an exchange or a refund back to the original method of payment.
